Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Sakai® and CNOWv2 courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to CNOWv2 activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

Prerequisites

Integrate CNOWv2 With Your Sakai Course

1. Open your Sakai course.
2. Click Add Content > Add Learning App.
3. Click the Cengage tool.
   If the tool is not available, contact your administrator.
4. Click Select Content.
5. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.
6. Click Continue.

Your link is added to the Sakai Lessons area.

If needed, you can reorganize the links in Sakai.
