Reports

After you track food intake and daily activity, you can generate a wide range of nutrient reports and spreadsheets.

Generate reports

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Select a report under Diet & Activity Reports.

  3. If prompted, select a date or date range.

    These settings determine the date range for the diet and activity data gathered by the report.

  4. If prompted, select which meals you want the report to be based on.

    You must select at least one meal.

Export reports

  1. After generating your report, click Export and select a file format.

  2. Click Export.

  3. Save the report to your device.
