Email Students

Send emails to one or multiple students by launching your email client from MindTap or copying your students' email addresses to your clipboard.

To launch an email client from MindTap, you must have a default email program (such as Outlook, Thunderbird, or Gmail).
  1. In the toolbar, click Progress.
  2. Open the Roster tab.
  3. Select students.

    To select all students in your course, select Name.

  4. Add selected students as email recipients.
    • To copy the email addresses, click Copy Email Addresses. Paste the addresses in your email client.
    • To open your email client from MindTap, click Compose Email. Students are added to a new message as Bcc recipients. They cannot see the other recipients of the email.

      Compose Email is only available if you are emailing 50 students or fewer.

  5. Write and send the email from your email client.
