Add a File to Your Bongo Assignment

Upload or link to a file for your Bongoâ„¢ assignment. For example, if you have an assignment to record a video of yourself giving a slide presentation, you can upload a slide deck or link to Google slides to use in the activity.

You can add or link to these files types:

File format

You can upload multiple files. The maximum size of a file you can upload is 100 MB.

  1. Open your assignment.
  2. Click Add new item > File.
  3. Upload or link to a file.

    1. Click Upload file.
    2. Click Select a File.
    3. In the Open dialog box, select a file and click Open.
    Link to a file
    1. Click Provide Link.
    2. In the Link title field, specify a title for the link.
    3. In the Link field, type or paste a link URL.
    4. To preview the link target, click Preview link target.
    5. Click Save.

    Your file is shown in the Work in Progress panel.

  4. To move your file from Work in Progress to Ready to Submit, click Additional Options > Mark as Ready.
    Important Your instructor can only see files that you marked as Ready. Work in progress files are not submitted to your instructor.
  5. When your assignment is complete, click Submit Assignment.
