Change Admin Password

When an admin forgets their NGLSync password, you can change it for them.

Admins can also reset their own passwords at nglsync.cengage.com. See Forgot Password.
  1. Find the admin whose password you want to change.
    1. In the upper-left corner, click Menu > Teachers.

      You can also click Search Teachers on the K–12 Dashboard Home page.

    2. Enter user information and click Search.
    3. Click a name in your search results to see their user profile.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. Enter a new password in Password and repeat it in Confirm Password.
  4. Click Submit.

Inform the admin of their new password.
