Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Brightspace and OWLv2 courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to OWLv2 activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

  1. Open your Brightspace course.

  2. Click the Content tab.

  3. In your module, click Add Existing Activities › Cengage.

    The Cengage tool may be named differently for your school. Ask your LMS Admin if you are unsure.

    If you do not see the Cengage tool, try this instead.

    1. Click Related Tools › Course Builder.
    2. Drag New Cengage Learning from Add Content to your module.

  4. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.

  5. Click Continue.
