Read the eBook Aloud

You can make the eBook read text and alternative text out loud to support audio learning. This also makes content accessible if you are visually impaired. You can listen to the eBook in your preferred language or speed.

You must be on an open eBook page to select accessibility options.

• At the bottom of the page, tap .
  The eBook will read out loud.
• Pause or end reading aloud.
  • Tap X to end.
  • Tap to pause.
• Tap  > to customize your xperience.

  To do this	Do this
  Change reading speed	Tap to increase speech speed. Tap to reduce it.
  Read alternative text	Toggle to turn on.
  Change language audio	Tap Language detection and select a language.
