My Course Pricing Doesn't Match What I Was Told

The courseware price at checkout is different than what you were told by your instructor. This generally happens because an incorrect institution is saved in your account profile.

Resolution

  1. Sign in at login.cengage.com.

    Enter your username and password. Then, click Sign In.

  2. In the sidebar, click Profile.
    Your account profile opens in a new window.
  3. Under Institution, type the name of your correct institution.
  4. Save your changes.
    This might be labeled Save, Save Changes, or Update.
  5. Return to your dashboard. In the top right-hand corner, search the ISBN of the product your instructor told you to purchase.
    You're redirected to a new window with your product's purchase details.
  6. Click Add To Cart.
    You're redirected to checkout with the correct pricing.
