If you transfer to a different section or drop the course,
ask your instructor to drop you from their roster in
OWLv2. If you purchased access within the past
14 days and dropped the course, you can request a refund.
As a student, you can't remove yourself
from a OWLv2 course. Ask your instructor to
drop you from the course roster.
- If your new course or section has a different instructor, your instructor will need to work with the other instructor to transfer you.
- If you need to transfer to a new course, after you're dropped from your original course roster, contact the instructor of the new course to confirm how to enroll.
- If you registered for your original section with a course key, register the course key on your dashboard again to transfer to a new section.
- Contact support to apply your payment to your transferred course or section.
