Upgrade to Cengage Unlimited

You have 30 days after your initial purchase to upgrade to Cengage Unlimited for access to all eBooks and courseware.

If Cengage Unlimited costs more than your initial purchase, you will be billed the difference in cost when you upgrade. If Cengage Unlimited costs less than your initial purchase, you will be refunded the difference.

Eligible purchases from cengage.com can be automatically upgraded. If you purchased your materials somewhere else, such as a college bookstore, contact support.cengage.com.

  1. Open your Cengage dashboard at login.cengage.com.
  2. In the sidebar, click Orders.
  3. Click Expand to expand an order and view the details.
  4. Click Manage Subscription > Extend.
  5. Set the length of your subscription.
  6. Select the length of your subscription and click Extend.
  7. Review the items in your cart and click Check Out.
  8. Enter your billing address and click Continue.

    Depending on your address and what you are purchasing, some or all of your order might be subject to sales tax. Cengage Canada charges tax based on your provincial sales tax regulations and the type of product purchased.

  9. Select your payment method and enter your payment information.

    To use a credit or debit card:

    1. Select Credit Card/Debit Card.
    2. Enter your card information.
    3. Optional: If you have a coupon, enter it in Promo Code and click Apply.
    4. Click Purchase.

      The payment might take a few moments.

    5. When payment is complete, click Go To Dashboard.

    To use PayPal:

    1. Select the PayPal icon.
    2. Click Purchase.
    3. Complete your purchase on the PayPal site.
    Note If you need to contact Customer Support regarding this transaction, provide the order number from your receipt.
