Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Blackboard® and SAM courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to SAM activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

  1. Open your Blackboard course.
  2. Open the Content Market.
    1. Go to a content area in your course.
    2. Blackboard Ultra: Click + > Content Market.
    3. Blackboard Original: Click Partner Content > Content Market.
  3. Click the Cengage tool.

  4. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.
  5. Click Confirm, review your selection, and click Save.
  6. Blackboard Original: Review the settings, select where to put your course links, and click Submit.

The content page displays all the links you have added to your SAM course and activities.

If needed, you can reorganize the links in Blackboard.
