When uploading a project file, a Wrong Name error displays and you are not able to submit your project.
This happens if your project filename is not the same as listed in the project information.
Often, this happens for one of three reasons:
- You added a filename extension (like .docx) to the project filename because the extension was not displayed by Windows Explorer or the Mac Finder.
- You added an unexpected space to the filename, at the beginning, middle, or end.
- You didn't rename the project file as specified in the project instructions.
Resolution
- Find the expected filename under Expected File Name.
- Rename your project file and upload it again.
