Start using Keyboarding in SAM without payment during the grace period. The grace
period lasts up to 14 days, depending on the length of the course and your institution.
If you access Keyboarding in SAM through an LMS, your grace period
starts when the class is available. If you access Keyboarding in SAM
directly through sam.cengage.com, your one-time grace period starts when
your account is first activated.
Note Depending on your institution's settings,
you might not have a grace period.
Note If you sign in through an LMS, your
instructor might have set the class start date earlier or later than the actual
first day of class.
During the grace period:
- You can complete your coursework in Keyboarding in SAM.
- At the publisher's discretion, you might also have access to the eBook for your class, if one is available.
- Each time you access your class, you will be reminded to purchase access or enter your key code.
- No payment method is required.
After the grace period, all of your work is still available to your instructor. To continue using Cengage, you must either purchase access online or enter a valid key code.
