Can't Download Student Scores or Responses

When trying to download student scores, grades, or responses, An error occurred while processing your request is displayed.

This problem can happen when the request includes a large amount of data, whether because there are many assignments, many students, or many questions on assignments. This is a known limitation of the current application architecture.

There are several workarounds to this limitation:

  • Download the data in chunks. For example:

    • select only one class section at a time
    • select only some assignments
    • select only some students
  • Don't include student response data unless it's needed.
  • Contact Customer Support to request the data you need.
