Can't Sign In to WebAssign

If you can't sign in to WebAssign, try the following steps to solve the problem.

  1. Check Sign In or ask your instructor if you should use your school's learning management system or authentication server to access WebAssign.
  2. Create an account if you don't have one.

    If your instructor gave you a class key to enroll, see Enter Your Access Code or Class Key to create your new WebAssign account.

  3. Check your internet connectivity.
  4. If needed, submit a request to Customer Support.

    • Username, school, and any classes you are enrolled in
    • When the problem happened
    • What web browser and operating system you are using
    • What antivirus or anti-spyware programs you are using
