Request Site Configuration Info

Before setting up Cengage integration with LTI Advantage LMS, contact your Cengage representative to request configuration details for your institution.

Find your Cengage representative at cengage.com/repfinder/ https://www.cengage.com/repfinder/postSecondaryEdFacultyCanada/ https://www.cengageasia.com/Contact-Us http://www.cengage.co.in/Rep_Locator https://www.cengage.co.uk/education/contact-us-2/ https://au.cengage.com/repfinder/ https://latinoamerica.cengage.com/contacto/ (Latin America) or https://www.cengage.com.br/contato/ (Brazil).

This information is emailed to you and includes the following items:

LTI Advantage Registration Tool URL
If your LMS supports dynamic LTI Advantage registration, use this URL to deploy the Cengage integration to your site.

Otherwise, you will need to perform a manual registration using the configuration parameters located under Manual Registration.

Login Initiation URI
A web address.
Sometimes called OIDC third party initiation/initiating launch URL. Cengage uses this to initiate the LTI launch.
Example: https://gateway.cengage.com/ws/mlapi/ltioidc/startlaunch?name=sr-1100851
OAuth redirect URIs
Two web addresses your LMS authorizes to send launch data. Both are needed for the integration to function. In your LMS, these might be entered in separate fields or in a single field delimited with commas or spaces.
Cengage Public Keyset (JWKS) URI
https://gateway.cengage.com/.well-known/jwks.json
Where Cengage exposes public keys in the JSON Web Keyset format. Your LMS uses this to validate Cengage requests to add content and push grades.
Deep Linking URI
https://gateway.cengage.com/ws/mlapi/lti/contentItems/products
Sometimes called Content Item URL. The URI for deep linking requests. As with any LTI 1.3 link, this is not called directly by your LMS, but rather is included as the target_link_uri parameter in the initiation request and in the id_token.
Note Do not enter this as the Redirect URI or Login Initiation URI.
