Dynamic Registration (Sakai 21.x and later)

If you are using Sakai® 21.x or later, register the Cengage tool with dynamic registration.

Sign in to Sakai as an administrator.
Navigate to Administration Workspace.
Click External Tools from the Tool Menu.
In the Installed Tools tab, click LTI Advantage Auto Provision.
Under Tool Title, enter Cengage and click Auto-Provision.
Click Use LTI Advantage Auto Configuration.
Copy the registration URL provided in the email from Cengage and paste into Auto Configuration URL.
Click Begin Configuration > Register and Close.

Enter or confirm the following settings:

Field	Value
Tool Status	Enabled
Tool Visibility	Visible
Configuration dialog when tool is selected	Bypass configuration dialog
Launch in Popup	Allow popup to be changed
Custom Parameters	context_id_history=$Context.id.history context_start_date=$CourseSection.timeFrame.begin context_end_date=$CourseSection.timeFrame.end

Click Save.

The Cengage tool is listed under Installed Tools.
