Sign in to lms-name as an administrator.
Navigate to Administration Workspace.

Open the Installed Tools tab.
- If there is an existing LTI 1.1 Cengage tool, click Edit.
- Otherwise, click Install LTI 1.x Tool.

In the email from Cengage, click Complete Registration and follow the prompts to provide the External Tool Values for the Cengage tool.
