View English Language Gains Reports

View student progress in English language and reading proficiency. Progress is measured by the difference in student performance on their first and most recent English language gains assignments.

English language gains reports are not available for all courses.

Assign English language gains tests from the eAssessments section of the course materials.

1. In the upper-left corner, click  > Reports.
2. Click Gains Tests Reports.
3. Click English Language Gains Tests.
   The English language gains tests report for your class opens, showing:

   • Your class's average English Language Scale Score and gain
   • Each student's:
     • First and latest scale score
     • Scale score gain
     • First and latest proficiency level
     • First and latest written composition proficiency level

       Written composition proficiency levels are marked - until all short answer submissions have been manually graded.
