Complete Quick Prep Assignments

Quick Prep assignments prepare you for new material. They consist of an introduction to the material, a quiz, and a set of activities based on your quiz results.

Depending on your instructor's settings, Quick Prep assignments may be available to you as study tools or assigned to you as graded assignments.

Note Take and Start Assignment Now buttons may display as Resume or Practice depending on your instructor's settings and your interactions with the assignment.

You will be automatically signed out if you are inactive for over 2 hours. If an assignment is in progress when this happens, it will be automatically submitted.

Open a Quick Prep assignment.
- To open a graded Quick Prep assignment assigned by your instructor, click Assignments > Take > Start Assignment Now.
- To open an ungraded Quick Prep assignment, click Study Tools, select an assignment from the Quick Prep dropdown menu, and click Open.
Read the introductory material.
Click Start Quiz.
Answer each question.

To move to the next question, click Submit Answer & Next.
Click Submit Quiz.

Your quiz results display.

You can review your quiz results item by item.
Note You can retake the quiz at any time during the assignment. Only the results for your most recent take display in the assignment.
Your most recent take is used for grading.
Click Study Plan.
Click on a concept from the quiz that you did not understand.
Complete the required activities.
1. Click Start Activity.
2. Complete each question.
3. Click Complete Activity.
To move to the next concept, click Next Objective.
After completing each required activity, click Submit Assignment for Grading.
