try the following steps to solve the problem.

Check Sign In or ask your instructor
if you should use your school's learning management system or
authentication server to access WebAssign.

Create an account if you don't have one.

Check your internet connectivity.

If needed, submit a request to Customer
Support.

- Username, school, and any classes you are enrolled in
- When the problem happened
- What web browser and operating system you are using
- What antivirus or anti-spyware programs you are using
