Enter your daily activities to keep track of your movement and habits.
Activities do not have to be exercise. You can enter activities like reading or knitting, for example.
- Click Track Activity in the toolbar.
- If needed, change the date in Select a date.
- Under Find an Activity, enter an activity in the search bar.
- Click the most accurate search result from the list.
- Enter the time you spent doing your activity.
- Click Add Activity.
