Admin Information

Mass Upload

Using the mass upload feature as either a District Technical Admin (DTA) or a School Admin (SA) will allow for up to 1000 users at one time to be uploaded into the system at once. Click Rostering Math & YOU users with CSV for a step by step guide on using our CSV system.

Individual or small batch of teachers

See Manually Adding a User for additional information.
  1. Choose one of the following.
    • Select TEACHERS from the USER ROLES menu under the USERS option in the global navigation OR
    • As a District Technical Admin (DTA), select the Add option for a school in the School Listing.
  2. Choose one of the following.
    • Select CREATE NEW TEACHER in the Teacher Listing, OR
    • As a DTA, select Add Teacher in the modal on the selecting Add for a school in the School Listing OR
    • CREATE TEACHER on the school details page.
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields. The entered email and username must be unique across the system. One or more schools can be selected for the teacher by selecting SELECT SCHOOL only by the DTA if this page is accessed from the Teacher Listing. Select one or more schools and select DONE to add teacher to the selected schools or CANCEL to close the modal without selecting any schools.
  4. As a DTA, select Add School Admin Role to give the teacher a dual role. Select SELECT SCHOOL to select or remove the schools in which the teacher will also be a SA. The options will be limited to the same schools selected for the user to be a teacher in.
  5. Select ADD USER to create the teacher or CANCEL to discard. A success modal will display. Select OK to close the success modal and return to the Teacher Listing, School Listing or school details page with the newly created teacher listed.

Individual or small batch of students

  1. Select STUDENTS form the USER ROLES menu under the USERS option in the global navigation.
  2. Select CREATE NEW STUDENT in the Student Listing.
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields. The entered email and username must be unique across the system. One or more schools can be selected for the student by selecting SELECT SCHOOL only by the DTA. Select one or more schools and select DONE to add the student to the selected schools or CANCEL to close the modal without selecting any schools.
  4. Select ADD USER to create the student or CANCEL to discard. A success modal will display. Select OK to close the success modal and return to the Student Listing with the newly created student listed.

Students via Teacher Account

  1. Select STUDENTS in the MANAGE menu of the global navigation.
  2. Select CREATE NEW STUDENT.
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields. The entered email and username must be unique across the system. Select ADD USER to create the student or CANCEL to discard. A success modal will display. Select OK to close the success modal and return to the Student Listing with the newly created student listed.
