Cannot Access Course

You get a 500 error when you try to access your course from the Instructor Center.

Cause

The course is past the end date.

Temporarily extend the course end date

  1. In the Instructor Center, locate your course and click View Sections.

  2. Click more › Edit Section Details.

  3. Set the course end date to the current date.

    While the course date is extended, students enrolled in the course can access it.

  4. After viewing your course, be sure to reset the course end date so students cannot access the expired course.
