MindTap Instructor Help
All analytics data for the class is exported regardless of which scatterplot you are viewing.
In the toolbar, click
.Click the Analytics tab.
Click Export.
Depending on your browser settings, select whether to save or open the file.
Analytics data is exported as a Microsoft Excel file with the following columns:
- Student Name
By default, exported data are sorted alphabetically by last name.
- Score
Student's overall score to date expressed as a percentage.
The Average row at the bottom of the report lists the class average.
- Engagement Level
High, Medium, or Low. Numerical engagement scores are not exported.
- % of Activities Accessed
Percentage of assigned activities opened by the student.
The Average row at the bottom of the report lists the class average.
- Time in MindTap (hh:mm:ss)
Total time spent by the student in MindTap.
The Average row at the bottom of the report lists the class average.
The Total row at the bottom of the report lists the class total.
- Number of Logins
Number of logins to the MindTap course by the student.
The Average row at the bottom of the report lists the class average.
The Total row at the bottom of the report lists the class total.
- First Login
Date and time of the student's first login to the MindTap course.
- Last Login
Date and time of the student's most recent login to the MindTap course.
