Keep your account secure by signing out of SAM after each session.
Important The steps are different depending on whether the Cengage
sidebar—tools for managing your account, courses, and subscriptions—is displayed on
the left side of the
browser window.
The Cengage sidebar is not shown for all courses.
- If the Cengage sidebar is displayed on the left: In the sidebar, click Sign Out.

If the Cengage sidebar is not displayed: In the top right corner, click
> Logout.
