Access an Expired Course
In an expired course, you can access: Grades Old tests and assignments Your eBook and media resources You cannot complete tests or assignments after the course end date. Expired courses have a gray background and are labeled Course ended.

Can't Join Spark Course After Entering Incorrect Course Key
When joining a new Spark course, if you enter an incorrect course key, you cannot join the course after entering the correct course key.
Can't Open Resource Links
When you click a resource on the companion site, the resource does not open.
Change Email Address
In Spark, click › My Account . Your profile opens. Enter your email in Email . Click Save . A confirmation message displays.
Change Name
In Spark, click › My Account . Your profile opens. Update your first and last name. Click Save . A confirmation message displays.
Change Password
In Spark, click › My Account . Your profile opens. Click Change Password . Enter your current password in Current password . Enter your new password in Password . Joined Wrong Course
Cause Most likely, when you registered for Spark, you clicked Not studying with a teacher? and got a course key for a self-study course instead of using the course key from your instructor. Take the Online Placement Test
The Online Placement Test is timed. The timer starts when you open the test. It includes questions for grammar, vocabulary, listening, and reading. There are three short speaking activities.
