View Usage Reports

View the amount of time students spend in MindTap for K–12. Each student has a detailed report showing time spent on each assigned material,and how that compares to the class average.

  1. In the upper-left corner, click Menu › Reports.

  2. If available, click Usage Reports.

    If your class doesn't have other report types, Usage Reports opens directly.

    The usage report for your class shows each student's:

    • Total time logged in
    • Time on content
    • Last login

  3. Select a student to view their individual usage report.

    Each report contains:

    • Usage Overview graph showing total time logged in and time on content compared to the class average

    • Time On Content table, showing the following information for each material:

      • When material was last viewed
      • Student time on course material
      • Class average time on course material
      • How many times students viewed the course material
