View Grades

Open the gradebook to view student grades.

  1. In the upper-left corner, click Menu Gradebook.

    The gradebook opens.

  2. Adjust your gradebook display.

    To do this:

    View assignments from one category

    Select a category in Category Filter.

    Change score display

    1. Click Display Settings.
    2. Under Display Score as, select Points or Percentage.
    3. Click Save.

    Sort scores

    1. Click Display Settings.
    2. Under Sort by, select First Name or Last Name.
    3. Under Sort Order, select Ascending or Descending.
    4. Click Save.
  3. To view a student's grades, click their name under Student or select a score.

    Each assignment displays:

    • start date
    • due date
    • student score
    • number of attempts

    Manually grade assignment indicates an assignment has questions that require manual grading.

  4. To see student results for each question on an assignment, click the assignment score.

    If a student has multiple attempts, the score for each attempt is shown.

    1. Click View.

      The Assignment Overview opens, showing the student's score for each question.

    2. Click a question title to view its full text and the student's answer.
