Change the Order in Which Students See Announcements

You can specify the order in which current announcements are shown on your students' Home page for a class. You might find this useful when you have a number of announcements and you want the most recent one to be displayed at the top of the announcement list.

  1. From the menu bar, click Communication.

    If needed, select a class.

  2. Under Announcements, click Current.

    You can change the order only for current announcements.

    The announcements are listed in the same order as on your students' Home page.

  3. Click and drag an announcement row to a different position in the list.

You can click View As Student to see the new ordering in Announcements on your students' Home page.
