Blackboard Migration

Migrate all courses from the Cengage Mindlink Building Block or Partner Cloud integration to LTI 1.3. The best time to migrate is between terms or when usage is low. Be sure to inform instructors that existing content links will not work during the migration and students' scores might be out of sync after the migration.
