Add the Cengage Tool

To enable instructors to integrate their Canvas and Cengage courses, add the Cengage tool to your account.

How-ToCengage Academic LMS Admin HelpLMS

  1. Sign in to lms-name as an administrator.

  2. Go to your Canvas admin page.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Set the Configuration Type to By URL.

  5. Copy and paste the following information provided in the email from Cengage into their respective fields:

    • Name
    • Consumer Key
    • Shared Secret
    • Configuration URL

  6. Click Submit.
