Edit Student Profile

Students cannot edit their own profile information in NGLSync. If their name or ID number were entered incorrectly when their account was created, or an inappropriate username was chosen, a teacher or admin must update their profile.

1. Find the student whose profile you want to update.

   If the student is enrolled in your course:

   1. Under Registered Students, click the student's name.

   If the student is not enrolled in your course:

   1. In the upper-left corner, click › Students.

   2. Search for the student by name, username, or student number.

   3. Click the student's name in the search results.

   The Student page opens.

2. Click Edit.

   • Grade
   • Last Name
   • Password

4. Click Save.

   A confirmation message opens with the student's new profile information.

5. Click Confirm.
