Sync Scores to Google Classroom

After adding activity links from Google Classroom, your students' MindTap scores sync to Google Classroom based on your settings. If needed, you can manually sync scores to Google Classroom.

If you have changed activity scores in the Google Classroom gradebook, your changes might be overwritten by manually syncing scores from MindTap. To prevent this, edit MindTap scores in the MindTap gradebook.

To open the gradebook, click › Gradebook.
Click Gradebook Actions › Force LMS Score Sync.
- You can request a manual score sync only once every 24 hours.
- Manual score syncs are performed after all current automatic syncs, not instantly.
Select the assignment scores to sync to Google Classroom.
- To sync an individual assignment, select Selected Assignment and select the assignment from the dropdown.
- To sync all assignments, select Full Gradebook.
If you previously chose to sync only the overall course score to Google Classroom and not the individual activity scores, these options are not available to you.
Click Sync.

The selected assignment scores are queued for synchronization to Google Classroom. Syncing your entire gradebook might take up to an hour.
