Listen to an Audio Recording

In language courses, you play recorded audio to learn correct pronunciation and practice your listening comprehension skills.

  1. Open an activity that contains an audio clip or recording.
    • Audio clips have a speaker icon.

      Speaker icon.

    • Audio recordings have an audio player.

      Audio player with buttons for play or pause, restart, rewind, and forward; a time line of the recording; and a volume control.

  2. To listen to the recording, either click the speaker icon or use the audio player controls.
    Note If you cannot hear the audio, increase the volume on your device.
