Change Teacher Password

When a teacher forgets their NGLSync password, you can change it for them.

Teachers can also reset their own passwords at nglsync.cengage.com. Instructions are available at Forgot Password.

  1. Find the teacher whose password you want to change.

    1. You can also click Search Teachers on the K–12 Dashboard Home page.

    2. Enter user information and click Search.

    3. Click a name in your search results to see their user profile.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. Enter a new password in Password and repeat it in Confirm Password.

  4. Click Submit.

Inform the teacher of their new password.
