Score/GradeBook Problems

How Lowest Scores Are Calculated
When dropping a student's lowest scores from a GradeBook category average, the scores dropped are those scores that, if dropped, would result in the highest category score for the student. These might not necessarily be the assignments with the lowest percentage scores or the lowest point scores.
GradeBook
Use the WebAssign GradeBook to calculate category averages or totals, final scores, and assign grades based on the work your students do in WebAssign and any other scores you want to add.
Edit Final GradeBook Calculation Method
You can set the GradeBook final score calculation to be based either on points or weighted category scores. When based on weighted category scores, you can adjust the weights for each category toward the final score.
Update GradeBook
The GradeBook is not immediately recalculated after every change you make or when your students submit work. Update the GradeBook after changing your GradeBook settings, adding or updating student scores, or changing assignment categories.
