Upgrade Subscription
Eligible purchases from cengage.com can be automatically upgraded. If you purchased your materials somewhere else, such as a college bookstore, contact support.cengage.com.
You have 14 days to request a refund if you want to downgrade back to your original purchase.
Open your Cengage dashboard at login.cengage.com.
In the sidebar, click
Orders.Click
to expand an order and view the details.Click Manage Subscription › Extend.
Select the length of your subscription and click Extend.
Review the items in your cart and click Check Out.
Enter your billing address and click Continue.
Depending on your address and what you are purchasing, some or all of your order might be subject to sales tax. Cengage Canada charges tax based on your provincial sales tax regulations and the type of product purchased.
Select your payment method and enter your payment information.
To use a credit or debit card:
Select Credit Card/Debit Card.
Enter your card information.
If you have a coupon, enter it in Promo Code and click Apply.
Click Purchase.
The payment might take a few moments.
When payment is complete, click Go To Dashboard.
To use PayPal:
Select the PayPal icon.
Click Purchase.
Complete your purchase on the PayPal site.
Extend Subscription
Contact support.cengage.com within 7 days of the end date of your Cengage Unlimited subscription for an extension. This extends access to your courseware, eBooks, print rentals, and study tools.
You can request either:
- A 14-day extension (free)
- A 30-day extension ($14.99)
