Open your Cengage dashboard at login.cengage.com.
In the sidebar, click
Orders.Click
to expand an order and view the details.Click Manage Purchase › Refund.
Select the reason for your refund and click Refund.
Your refund will be processed and deposited in your account in 5–7 days.
You can check the status of your case by signing into the support site or contacting customer support. Have your order number ready to provide during the call.
