Click Track Diet.
Click Recipes › Create New Recipe.
Enter a name and the total number of servings your recipe produces.
Add each ingredient to your recipe.
Click Add Ingredient.
Search for an ingredient and click the most accurate search result.
Enter the amount that you use in the recipe. Click
to change the metric.Click Save Ingredient.
Click Save Recipe.
Your recipe is automatically added to your Favorites list, and you can find it when you search for a food item on the Track Diet page.
