Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Canvas and MindTap for K–12 courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to MindTap for K–12 activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

Open your Canvas course.
From the course navigation, click Cengage.
If you get an error message when you click Cengage, see the following:
Select your linked MindTap for K–12 course from the list of content sources.
A list of assigned activities for your linked MindTap for K–12 course is shown.
At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.
Click Continue.

The selected links are added to the module.

If needed, you can reorganize the links in Canvas.
