Can't Find Cengage Content in Blackboard

When setting up your MindTap for K–12 course in Blackboard, you cannot find Cengage content under Content (Blackboard Original) or Institution Tools (Blackboard Ultra).

Solution

Use the following steps to add the Cengage content tool with Partner Cloud integration.

  1. Go to a content area in your course and open the Content Market.

    • Blackboard Original: Click Content › Build Content.
    • Blackboard Ultra: Click + › Content Market.

  2. On the Content Market page, click Cengage in the list of providers.

  3. Continue setting up your course.
