Adding a Custom Question

To add a custom question, use the following procedure:

  1. From MindTap, click + Add / Create › Activity › SAM-Assignment.

  2. Click Exams.

    The Exams page displays.

  3. Click Add Custom Question.

    The Custom Questions page displays.

  4. Enter the necessary information.

  5. Click Save.
