Sign in to Sakai as an administrator.
Navigate to Administration Workspace.
Click External Tools from the Tool Menu.
Open the Installed Tools tab.
- If there is an existing LTI 1.1 Cengage tool, click Edit.
- Otherwise, click Install LTI 1.x Tool.
Use the configuration information provided in the email from Spark to enter or confirm the following settings:

In the email from Spark, click Complete Registration and follow the prompts to provide the External Tool Values for the Cengage tool.
The Cengage tool is listed under Installed Tools.
