Cause
Most likely, when your student joined their course, they entered the wrong course key and joined a self-study course instead of your course.
Resolution
Students enrolled in a self-study course will see the option to Switch to teacher-led course on their Courses tab and account page. Give students your course key so they can transfer into your course.
