Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Canvas and Cengage Infuse courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to Cengage Infuse activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

Open your Canvas course.
From the course navigation, click Cengage.
If you get an error message when you click Cengage, see the following:
- Add Cengage Infuse Content in Canvas LTI Advantage
Select your linked Cengage Infuse course from the list of content sources.
A list of assigned activities for your linked Cengage Infuse course is shown.
At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.
Click Continue.

The selected links are added to the module.

If needed, you can reorganize the links in Canvas.
