Open eBooks in Cengage Read

Download an eBook to read it in Cengage Read.

How-ToInstructor Common Help

Users must do at least one of these actions to open eBooks in the app:

  • Add eBooks to the dashboard via the Cengage website.
  • Enroll in a Cengage course associated with an eBook.

  1. First time only: Tap Download to download an eBook to your device.

    When your eBook is downloaded, the Download button is replaced with Open.

  2. Tap Open to access your eBook.
