Allow Extra Takes

Allow individual students extra assignment takes, or remove the limit to allow unlimited takes.

This setting is only available for readings, tests, and external assignments.

  1. Click the Gradebook tab.

  2. Click Perform student and assignment actions › Customize Assignment Options for Specific Students.

  3. Under Maximum Takes Allowed, enter a specific number of takes or select Unlimited.

    • To apply the same settings to all selected students, use the settings beside Apply to Students Listed Below.
    • To apply different settings to different students, use the settings beside the students' names.

  4. Click Done › OK.
