Students are assigned a role, given a scenario, and interact with an AI character to resolve workplace issues. Students can participate verbally or in writing. After completing the simulation, students receive a detailed feedback report with strengths and areas for improvement.
Students receive full credit for completing the simulation. You can review transcripts of their participation and access feedback reports in the gradebook.
