Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Blackboard and Keyboarding in SAM courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to Keyboarding in SAM activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

  1. Open your Blackboard course.

  2. Go to a content area in your course and open the Content Market.

    • Blackboard Original: Click Content › Build Content.
    • Blackboard Ultra: Click + › Content Market.

  3. Click the Cengage tool.

    A list of assigned activities for your linked Keyboarding in SAM course is shown.

  4. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Blackboard Original:Review the settings, select where to put your course links, and click Submit.
